Country Artists Are Ready To Find Help For Families Facing Alzheimer’s Disease

By Marlena Wilson

The Jud C. Hickey Center for Alzheimer's Care is a non-profit organization that offers comprehensive adult day care and in-home respite care programs for clients in the CSRA with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Music For Memories is an annual fundraiser that benefits the center. Andrea Bussey is the center's past president and current adviser. She took the time to sit down with Brad Means to talk about how the Jud C. Hickey Center is growing, and how the CSRA can enjoy a great show, featuring Montgomery Gentry, Scotty McCreery, and Joe Stevenson, all while helping other families facing Alzheimer's disease.

The Music For Memories benefit concert will be held on February 7 at the Country Club Bar and Saloon. Doors open at 8:30pm. You can purchase tickets for $25 at, or you can purchase tickets for $30 at the door.
