Is A Cure For HIV On The Horizon Or Are We Jumping The Gun?

By Marlena Wilson

The week started with a startling and exciting headline that a baby had been cured of HIV. The infant, who was born with the disease, received medication from the moment it was born and now the HIV cannot be detected through a blood test. So what does that mean for the baby's future as well as the future treatment of HIV and AIDS? We wanted to know and took our questions to infectious disease physician, Dr. Jack Austin.

Then, as always, the show comes to a conclusion with the latest What Does It Mean To You question. This week our question is about three Augusta Commissioners. The three commissioners were reprimanded this week for code of ethics violations, but some feel the punishment needs to go further. Do you think it is time to move on?
