Evans Man Charged In I-20 Crash Death

An Evans man is under arrest this hour and charged with vehicular homicide in the first degree.

On Saturday, March 2nd, Christopher San Miguel was driving east on I-20 when he lost control of his car and hit a guard rail. The passenger in the car, Alaina Kensinger, died in the accident.

San Miguel told police that he fell asleep at the wheel, but blood results from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Crime Lab show that San Miguel's blood alchol was .165, with is twice the legal limit of .08.
