Friday, April 26th Chick-fil-A at 202 East Gate Drive, in Aiken, will be partnering with the Aiken County Sheriff's Office, Aiken Department of Public Safety, and WSI-SRS for an awareness fundraising event for South Carolina Special Olympics.

The times for the event will be 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Officers from these agencies along with local Special Olympic athletes will be selling Law Enforcement Torch Run merchandise and visiting with customers as they visit Chick-fil-A. All money raised goes to support South Carolina Special Olympics.

As a reminder, the Law Enforcement Torch Run will be on Thursday, May 2nd. The run will start at Aiken's Administrative Finance Building, located at Hayne Avenue and Lawrence Street. The run will conclude at the Batesburg-Leesville Police Department, located at 660 West Columbia Avenue, in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina.
