Columbia, SC (WJBF) — Longtime Bamberg-Ehrhardt baseball coach David Horton is among the 8 members of the 2013 South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame class being inducted tonight.

Horton won 889 of the 1150 games he coached over 44 seasons at Bamberg before retiring last May. His Red Raiders won an amazing 14 state titles in 17 appearances.

  • Bamberg-Ehrhardt
    Baseball Coach David Horton

 *Phillips and Small will
be enshrined posthumously.  However,
immediate family members will be in attendance.

The ceremony is taking place at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
