Karin Calloway's Greek-Style Lima Beans are the perfect side dish to grilled chicken or fish.

Start by combining some frozen lima beans with canned diced tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and reduced-sodium chicken broth concentrate.  

The beans are extremely flavorful from a variety of herbs, a touch of honey, and a pinch of a secret ingredient —  ground cloves.

Stir in some chopped fresh parsley, dried oregano, honey, dill weed and the pinch of cloves. Now, cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Just before serving, stir in some crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle with a little more chopped fresh parsley.
