AUGUSTA, GA – On Thursday, May 30th at the Memorial Golf Tournament in Dublin, Ohio, Charles Howell III will begin to make “Birdies Fore the House”. Fans can show their support for both Howell and the Ronald McDonald House of Augusta by pledging a donation for every birdie or eagle he makes on the Tour.

“I am thrilled to be a part of Birdies Fore the House. It is great being able to help such a great organization and especially one in my hometown of Augusta.  Hopefully I can make a lot of birdies!” says Charles Howell III.

“We are honored to have Charles Howell III, such a high caliber PGA player with local ties, helping support our House,” says CEO/President Betts Murdison. “With this program, the community will help us build our new House, while supporting one of our own.” The “Birdies Fore the House” program will run through the 2014 golf season.

Contact Sean Frantom, Development Director, (706) 724-5901 or  for more details, or to sign up for the program.
