He's the mayor of Toronto and he admits to smoking crack cocaine.
After months of denials, Rob Ford finally confessed after being questioned by reporters and months of secret police surveillance of ford was made public last week. He also says he needs to cut back on his drinking. 
But says he will not resign from office…..he's looking for forgiveness and says “I was elected to do a job, and that's exactly what I am going to continue doing.”

Police in New Zealand are investigating a group of teenage boys who call themselves “roast busters.”
They allegedly set up pages on facebook and other social media sites where they posted videos of themselves bragging about having sex with drunk girls.
There may be as many as ten suspects.. dozens of victims and none them are willing to press charges, which means the police can't do much until a victim speaks out.

It pays to be a police dog in one county in England.
Beginning next month, nottinghamshire will begin giving retiring police dogs pensions.
They'll get up to 800 u-s dollars annually for up to three years…..for a maximum of 2400 dollars.
The money will go to veterinarian care and kennel fees.
Police dog handlers usually take ownership of them as pets when the canines retire from the force….and they end up paying for their care out of their own pockets.

A Brooklyn man says he was forced to rap for N-Y-P-D cops in order to get out of handcuffs.
Quinshon Shingles says officers from the 75th precinct unlawfully entered his cousin's apartment two years ago and handcuffed him.
He says officers told him if his rap wasn't good enough, they wouldn't let him go.
These are the words that set him free, “$30,000 in pocket that's loose change. I throw a billion in the sky like Bruce Wayne.”
27-year-old says the experience was humiliating, and says the lawsuit isn't about money. it's about doing what's right.
