It has been more than a year since LC Burroughs’ family has heard from him. September 26, 2013 was like any other day for the Jenkins County salvage yard owners. He drove into town and had breakfast before heading back home. After that no one is sure what happened.
According to Mr. Burroughs’ family members, his truck was found on his property with the door wide open and the keys still in the ignition. His daughters believe something happened to him on his property the day he disappeared, because people had been stealing car parts from his junk yard for years. They question if he sensed something was happening that day.
There still aren’t answers, only more questions. The loved ones of LC Burroughs refuse to give up hope and pray that the community can help give them some kind of closure. Felicia Steverson shares those sentiments when she say down on the set of The Means Report with Brad Means.
If you have any information about the disappearance of LC Burroughs, there is a $20,000 reward.
