More families are joining a lawsuit in the crash that killed 5 Georgia Southern nursing students.
The parents of Caitlyn Baggett and Emily Clark have now filed a wrongful death action.
The parents of Megan Richards, who survived the crash, are also suing, saying she suffered severe physical injuries.
An attorney for the 3 families says there was a collision avoidance system in the semi.
The attorney also states, they want to know if the system was working, and if it was, why the driver did not heed the warning.
