Augusta, GA – With the July 4th holiday on Saturday, we have created a list of where they can be bought and where they can and cannot be detonated in the CSRA.
Fireworks are now legal in Georgia. However, please be considerate of others as they may be trying to sleep. Richmond County noise ordinances still apply and go into effect nightly at 11:00 p.m.

Fireworks cannot be manufactured, bought sold, or discharged in the city limits of Aiken, South Carolina and North Augusta, South Carolina. In Aiken, only those fireworks allowed by ordinance such as sparklers are legal. Only those fireworks allowed by ordinance such as sparklers are legal. Fireworks can, however, be bought and discharged in the rest of Aiken County.
