AUGUSTA, Ga.- The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating stolen property from a local business.
Sometime between July 11-13, 2015 a 2013 BOBCAT MT52 walk behind crawler was stolen from the rear storage lot of BOBCAT of Augusta located at 2803 Wylds Road.
According to the Sheriff’s Officer the lot was accessed by through the daycare driveway next door.
The following night, unknown suspects entered Augusta Turf and Tractor located across the street at 2804 Wylds Road and made off with a John Deer lawn mower that was later recovered in a wooded area behind the business.
A third attempt at Augusta Turf and Tractor was reported on July 15, 2015 however nothing was taken.
In all this instances the suspect(s) entered the property by cutting holes into the fence at the rear of the properties.
