Umpqua Community College Shooting Victims, Suspect Identified

Roseburg, OR (KOIN) — The names of the 9 people shot and killed at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg on Thursday were released by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Friday.

Investigators are still working to piece together exactly what happened in the UCC classroom where a 26-year-old gunman opened fire shortly after 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Six people involved in the shooting remained hospitalized on Friday.

Statements from the families of the 9 victims are expected to be released shortly.

Treven Taylor Anspach, 20, of Sutherlin

Sarena Dawn Moore, 44, of Myrtle Creek

Lawrence Levine, 67, of Glide (Mr. Levine was the teacher)

Jason Dale Johnson, 33, of Winston

Lucas Eibel, 18, of Roseburg

Kim Saltmarsh Dietz, 59, of Roseburg

Quinn Glen Cooper, 18, of Roseburg

Lucero Alcaraz, 19, of Roseburg

Rebecka Ann Carnes, 18, of Myrtle Creek
