Henry County, Georgia – A Georgia commission candidate is charged with murder after her foster child was found dead last month.
Henry County deputies say Jennifer Rosenabaum and her husband Joseph were arrested this weekend.
Reports say a 911 call came back in November for choking. That’s when 2-year-old Laila Daniel was found dead at the couple’s home.
Jennifer was a U.S. National Guard veteran and recently announced her candidacy for commission district one.
Her husband, Joseph, now faces child cruelty charges.
Jennifer is charged with child cruelty and murder.
Both are expected in court tomorrow.
