Atlanta, GA (WJBF) – The pretrial hearing continued Monday for the Georgia man accused of killing his son by leaving him in a hot vehicle.

Justin Ross Harris is charged with leaving his 22-month-old son, Cooper, in the vehicle in June 2014. The child was found dead in the vehicle.

Prosecutors say Harris was also sexting minors the day his son died, so he faces charges for this, as well.

Harris has pleaded not guilty on all counts.

His pretrial hearing is expected to take a few days.
