Georgia man killed in single-car accident in Macon

MACON, Ga. (AP) — Authorities say a man has been killed in a single-vehicle accident in Macon.

Monroe County Sheriff’s office told the Telegraph (http://bit.ly/1RVmQoM ) that Eric Ussery died in a wreck Saturday night. Deputies determined that the vehicle left the roadway while traveling north, then Ussery over corrected and lost control.

Authorities say Ussery was ejected from the vehicle after it struck several trees and overturned.

Ussery was pronounced dead at the scene.
