Denver, CO (WATE) – According to a report from the Denver Post, two close sources say Peyton Manning will announce his decision to retire by the end of the week.
Manning will turn 40 in March, and is coming off of his second Super Bowl win. While the report by Woody Paige indicates that Manning will retire, it also says it is “implausible” that Manning will play one more season with another franchise.
Manning played 18 seasons in the NFL and is the league’s only five-time MVP.
