Give Your Best to the SafeHomes Housewarming Drive

Giving Your Best is dedicating the month of March to stocking and filling the new facility of SafeHomes, the domestic violence intervention center and shelter in Augusta. The partners are throwing a Housewarming Drive to collect the household items listed below.  Donations can be dropped off March 7 – March 31 at any Giving Your Best partner location: WJBF News Channel 6, Georgia Bank & Trust, Walton Foundation for Independence or Solvay Specialty Polymers.

SafeHomes assists women and families who are the victims of domestic violence by providing them with emergency and long-term shelter, therapy and safety planning and job/education assistance.
