Narcotics Arrest in Aiken Lands 6 Women Behind Bars

6 women arrested in Aiken county on drug charges

Aiken, SC-  Six women are behind bars in Aiken County tonight after a drug bust.  According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests came after narcotics investigators and the ACSO Tactical Team issued a search warrant on Edgefield Highway in Aiken.

While in the home, investigators seized heroin, marijuana, ecstasy, and prescription medications.  After the arrest, Sheriff Mike Hunt said, “The use and sale of narcotics is having a serious effect on our community.  With the mutual cooperation between citizens and law enforcement, we will continue to have an impact on illegal drug sales and crime overall.”

The investigation into this crime continues and more arrests are expected.  The following women were booked into custody Friday afternoon:

Alicia Duplesia (30):  Possession of Methamphetamine, operating a stash house

Christy Derrick (39):  Two counts of possession with intent to distribute schedule IV drugs, possession of marijuana, outstanding warrant, tampering, bypassing utility meters.

Judy Coleman (52):  Possession of heroin

Keisha Jenkins (35): Operating a stash house, unlawful conduct to a child

Nicole Alson (27):  Possession of marijuana, 2 counts of unlawful conduct to a child

Tiffany Gallman:  Fugitive wanted by SCPPP, Edgefield County, and SCDNR
