BLACKVILLE, S.C. — For the second time in as many days, investigators in Barnwell County are looking into a murder.
Coroner Lloyd Ward says the death of William H. Robinson, 26, of Blackville has been ruled a homicide. Robinson was found in the early hours of March 31 in a yard on Falcon Street in Blackville. Autopsy results released Thursday night confirmed that Robinson died from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, Blackville Police Department and Barnwell Coroner’s Office are working together on the investigation. Anyone with any information is asked to call one of those three agencies.
