Woman charged in accident that killed Joey Brush given probation

Kimberely Crouch was sentenced to 24 months probation as a result of an accident that killed former Georgia Senator Joey Brush.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The driver of the car the car that hit and killed former Georgia state lawmaker Joey Brush, was sentenced Thursday.

Kimberly Crouch drove through a stop sign and hit Brush last May when he was riding his Motorcycle.

Crouch was sentenced to 24 months probation with no jail time. We are told that the senator’s family asked the judge to be lenient on crouch.
