39-year-old Damione Evans is accused of assaulting two women and raping one of them at King Spa on Belair Road.
Investigators say as far as they know, Evans doesn’t have a criminal record.
Judge Jason Troiano was supposed to read Evans’ charges Friday, but the 39-year-old didn’t have his attorney present.

Because his attorney wasn’t there, the judge postponed the hearing until next week.

He’s accused of stealing 300 dollars from the business and then raping one of the women.
The sheriff’s office was able to find the Atlanta-native through phone records and social media.
Surveillance video shows a scar on the side of the suspect’s head.
Evans also has a scar in the same spot.
According to social media, Evans is a boxer.
A picture shows him with boxing legend Evander Holyfield.
There’s also video of Evans training.

Investigators say he was in Columbia County the day of the crime seeking services at King Spa.
His next court appearance is set for Monday or Tuesday next week.
