Georgia news anchor killed at Rainbow Falls

Atlanta, GA – A Macon, Georgia news anchor has died after an accident at Rainbow Falls in North Carolina. The coroner confirms Taylor Terrell fell 185 feet  and was trapped under water by a current.

Her body was found by a bystander at the bottom of the falls. She worked at 41NBC in Macon and was born in Atlanta.

Terrell would have been 25 years old, this month.

Family members spent the weekend planning her funeral services for July 30th.
