7th Annual Pink Ribbon Tea

Pink Ribbon Tea at Millbrook Baptist Church.

AIKEN, S.C. —   The  Pink Ribbonettes of Aiken has been supporting area breast cancer patients  for two decades.

Thursday afternoon, the ladies hosted their 7th annual Pink Ribbon Tea at the Atrium at Millbrook Baptist Church in Aiken.

This year’s tea was sponsored by Harbor Chase, complete with refreshments, entertainment, gift bags and door prizes.  Anne Kelty, who did the 3-day Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk in San Diego last year, was the featured speaker.

Sue Stutman-King is the community liason for the Pink Ribbonettes.

“We’ve been doing this its our seventh year so everybody looks for it these are all Aikenites and the surrounding area many are breast cancer survivors many are caregivers many are friends of ours that are out here to support us.”
