COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – A Columbia County man’s appeal of his murder conviction has been denied.
Thomas Bradford was convicted of murder in the shooting death of Raymond Lee in 2011.
Lee was the manager at the Columbia County wastewater treatment plant.
Bradford was hauling sludge from the plant and got into an argument with Lee over how his truck was loaded, when Lee was shot.
Bradford claims there wasn’t enough evidence to convict him.
But in a ruling released today, the Georgia Supreme Court says there was enough evidence and Bradford’s conviction was upheld.
