GA voting location resource

GEORGIA (WJBF) – Polls are set to open Tuesday morning across the nation.

Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

In Columbia County, all 46 polling locations will be open but you must vote at your assigned precinct.

No polling locations in that county have been changed since the last election.

In Richmond County, all 69 polling precincts will be open for voters.

You must cast your ballot at your assigned precinct.

If you head to the secretary of state’s website, you can look up your polling location and check out a sample ballot.

Polling locations in South Carolina will be open Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

The state of Georgia saw record breaking numbers for early voting this year.

In Richmond County, more than 39,000 people voted early.

That is about 40% of registered voters.

In Columbia County more than 38.000 people cast their ballot early.

That is about 50% registered there.
