AUGUSTA, Ga. – A group of concerned Augusta citizens will be rallying for animal rights.

The demonstrators say they want answers from Animal Services and the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office regarding pet laws and incidents involving animals that citizens say they reported but nothing was done for days.

The rally will take place Saturday from noon until 2pm at Augusta Animal Services on Mack Lane in Augusta.
