Whole Foods Augusta set to close

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – NewsChannel 6 has learned that Whole Foods on Washington Road will be closing its doors.

We’re told employees were notified Wednesday morning.

The store is set to close February 22nd.

Employees have been offered the opportunity to relocate.

The Augusta store is located in the Washington Crossing Shopping Center.

It opened in September of 2014.
