Police arrest 4 in deaths of 2 in Atlanta’s Little 5 points

ATLANTA (AP) — Police have arrested four people in connection with the slayings of two men last March in Atlanta’s Little Five Points neighborhood.

Multiple news outlets reported Tuesday that two 17-year-old boys and 25-year-old Thomas Dozier have been charged with murder and armed robbery. A 14-year-old boy has also been arrested. Authorities say the four were involved in two armed robberies and a double murder. Thirty-three-year-old Joseph Hruska and 32-year-old Chaitanyalila Kelsey were killed March 14 in the parking lot of the Vortex Bar & Grill.

Police say the shootings happened shortly after gunmen robbed two people in the nearby Virginia Highland neighborhood. They believe the crimes are linked.

All but one of the suspects has made an appearance in court.
