Lawyers for Hawes have filed paperwork indicating that they intend to raise the issue of insanity, in their defense.  |
| • | Friday, September 5 1:18 PM The owners of the X-Mart have filed a writ with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. They want to force the city to do what it was told. Last fall, the court ruled the city could not use its current zoning laws to keep X-Mart from operating. The store's lawyers want the appeals court to tell the city to follow that ruling.  |
